Cancellations & Refunds
A liberal, customer-first cancellation and refund policy.
KAI LIFESTYLE LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore operates a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor and shipping has been initiated.
Damaged or defective items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 15 days of receipt. The request will be entertained after inspection by the merchant.
Not as described
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please notify our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue to them directly.
Refund timeline
In case of refunds approved by KAI LIFESTYLE LLP, it will take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
