Shipping & Delivery
How your KAI order moves from our studio to your door.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international couriers and/or International Speed Post.
Orders are dispatched within 0–7 days of order confirmation, or on the delivery date agreed at the time of confirmation, subject to the courier company or post office norms.
KAI LIFESTYLE LLP is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the courier or postal authorities. We guarantee only to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within 0–7 days from the date of the order and payment.
Delivery address & confirmation
Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address provided at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you registered with.
